Biography
I was diagnosed with breast cancer on April 8, 2008. It's been one hell of a ride to say the least. Still fighting on the other side of surgery and learning that my journey will never end.
I'm a critical thinker out to gain as much knowledge as I can about any and everything imaginable. I analyze life to a fault and figured the next logical step after my diagnosis was to blog in an effort to share my story and work through my issues anonymously or maybe not so...we shall see.
The name Silent Threat I think is fitting because Breast Cancer is, itself, a Silent Threat. Many times there are no symptoms and it can be hard to detect, especially in someone like me with breasts full of dense tissue...otherwise known as lumpy breasts. So hence the title Silent Threat was born.
Interests
living life, reading all things koontz and patterson, writing things that seem to keep getting me in trouble...lol, gaining knowledge.
